1 med. cauliflower
1 c. Miracle Whip
1 tsp. spicy mustard
1/4 c. minced onion
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Cooked broccoli

Wrap whole head of cauliflower in saran wrap. Cook in microwave 11 minutes (high). While cauliflower is cooking mix Miracle Whip, mustard, onion and cheese well. Unwrap cauliflower and pour cheese mixture over the whole head. Cook 3 more minutes on high in microwave. Serve with broccoli surrounding base of cauliflower.
