CHEESY CAULIFLOWER 
1 sm. head cauliflowerettes
1 tbsp. water
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. milk
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 tbsp. fresh parsley

Place cauliflower and water in 2 quart casserole dish, cover, microwave on high for 8 minutes, or until tender, stirring once. Drain, cover and set aside. Place butter in 4 cup measure and microwave on high for 1 minute or until melted. Stir in flour, salt and pepper, add milk and Worcestershire sauce. Microwave for 3 to 4 minutes on high, or until thickened, stirring after first 2 minutes. Stir in cheese and parsley, pour over cauliflowerettes and serve.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
