REGAL CAULIFLOWER 
1 medium head cauliflower
1 tbsp. water
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. milk
Salt
Pepper
1/8 tsp. dry mustard
1 tbsp. snipped parsley
2 tbsp. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/3 c. cooked, cleaned shrimp

Place cauliflower stem-side down in 2 quart glass casserole. Add water; cover with lid. Microwave (high) 8 to 9 minutes; set aside. Microwave butter in 2 cup measure 1/2 minute until melted. Blend in flour; stir in milk, salt, pepper, and mustard. Microwave, uncovered, 1 to 1 1/2 minutes, stirring once or twice. Stir in remaining ingredients. Place head of cauliflower on serving plate and spoon sauce over cauliflower. Microwave 1/2 to 1 minute or until heated through.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
