EASY HOMEMADE FLOUR TORTILLAS
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 cup warm water

Combine all the flour, salt, vegetable oil, and water until it forms a dough.

Roll the dough into a big ball and take about an 1 to 2 inch pieces off. Pat the dough flat with your hands or take a rolling pin and roll into circles.

Put the dough on a flat pan on the stove and let the sides cook until there are little brown specks on both sides like you would see on other tortillas.

Thank you for this recipe! It's easy so the kids help make it. I used olive oil, due to food allergies & it came out delicious! Now I can have tortillas again.

I experimented with these one night for myself thinking my picky children would never try them. To my surprise and delight my children were eating them (plain) faster than I could prepare them and I barely got to eat half of one. These were a big hit and so easy to prepare. Thanks for the recipe!!!

Easy and delicious! Made these because I had none for our tacos tonight. My son said they tasted like they came from a restaurant. I may never buy tortillas again!

As I am writing this review, I am eating a plain tortilla I made yesterday following your recipe. They are SOOOO good that I enjoy eating them plain! :)
Thank you so very much for sharing this easy, but above, all tasty recipe!

I used to avoid eating burritos because I hate the horrible taste of store bough tortilla, but now, thanks to you everything has changed. I'll never buy tortillas ever again, but make them and eat burritos more often!

Few questions. Did you try to freeze this tortillas? Do they thaw easy and keep the texture and taste as the fresh ones?
