FLOUR TORTILLAS 
3 cups flour
1 tsp. salt
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 cup warm water

1. Combine all ingredients until a soft dough forms (add extra flour if dough is too sticky.

2. Gather dough into a big ball. Roll the dough flat on a lightly floured surface (Roll dough very very thin) Cut into circles and roll again, lightly.

3. Put the dough on a frying pan and let the sides cook until they turn white, with light brown specks on both sides.

Good recipe. I've never heard of rolling the entire dough (kind of like a pizza dough) then cutting out circles (kind of like cutting out biscuits). How clever to think of that. The traditional way is to knead the entire dough. Pull off small dough balls. Form into round disks and roll out.
