PETITE CHEESE CAKES 
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tbsp. lemon juice
24 vanilla wafers
1 can fruit filling

Beat softened cream cheese, sugar, eggs, lemon juice and vanilla together. Put 1 vanilla wafer in each muffin paper. Fill 2/3 full with cream cheese mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until set. Cool. Add fruit filling and refrigerate in muffin pans. Makes 2 dozen.
