PETITE CHERRY CHEESECAKE 
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, soft
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
24 vanilla wafers
1 (21 oz.) cherry pie filling

Beat cheese, sugar, eggs, lemon juice, and vanilla until light and fluffy. Line small muffin pans with paper cups, place wafers in bottom of each cup. Fill 2/3 full of cheese mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Top each with pie filling. Chill.
