PETITE CHERRY CHEESECAKES 
2 (8 oz.) pkg. of cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
24 vanilla wafers
1 can cherry pie filling

Beat together softened cream cheese, sugar, eggs, lemon juice and vanilla until light and fluffy. Line small muffin pans with 24 paper bake cups. Place a vanilla wafer in the bottom of each cup.

Fill cups 2/3 full with cheese mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until set. Top each with about 1 tablespoon cherry pie filling. Chill. Makes 2 dozen cakes.
