PETITE CHERRY CHEESE CAKES 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
Vanilla wafers
1 lb. 5 oz. can cherry pie filling

Beat together 2 - 8 ounce packages cream cheese, softened, 3/4 cups sugar, lemon juice, and vanilla until light and fluffy. Line muffin pan with 18 paper cups. Place a vanilla wafer in bottom of each. Fill 2/3 full with cheese mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes of just set. Cool 20 minutes. Top each with 1 tablespoon pie filling. Cool and chill thoroughly. Makes 18.
