PETITE CHEESE CAKES 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
24 vanilla wafers
21 oz. cherry pie filling
Baking cups

Combine softened cream cheese, sugar, eggs, lemon juice, vanilla and beat until fluffy. Place baking cups in small muffin pans with vanilla wafer on bottom. Fill 2/3 full with cheese mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Top with 1 tablespoon filling.
