PETITE CHEESECAKE 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. lemon juice
18 vanilla wafers
1 can cherry pie filling

Blend cream cheese and sugar. Add eggs and flavoring and mix. Place 1 vanilla wafer in paper cupcake liner. Spoon cheese mixture over wafer. Bake 25 minutes at 275 degrees. Cool and top with cherry pie filling. Refrigerate.
