PETITE CHEESECAKES - 24 
24 cupcake liners (shiny)
24 vanilla wafers
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tbsp.lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can cherry pie filling (lemon, blueberry)

Line cupcake pans with paper liners. Place a wafer in each. Beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs, lemon juice, and vanilla until light and fluffy. Fill cups 2/3 full with cream cheese mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until set. Top each with spoonful of pie filling. Chill until served.
