CHEESECAKE CUPCAKES 
24 vanilla wafers
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese soft
2 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
1 can pie filling, your choice

Line cupcake pans with papers. Put wafers in bottom of each. Mix next 5 ingredients until creamy and very well blended. Divide evenly into cups. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes until set. Cool and spoon in pie filling. Refrigerate.
