3 1/2 c. flour (plain)
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
1 c. shortening
1 tsp. baking powder
1 egg
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1 sm. can crushed pineapple

Mix together well. Drop by teaspoons full on cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until done.
