PINEAPPLE COOKIES 
1/4 lb. cream cheese
1/2 lb. butter
1 c. flour

Cream cheese and butter; add flour. Put in waxed paper and refrigerate 1 hour or more.

Cut in small squares and roll dough on a floured board to form small circles. Put 1/4 teaspoon of pineapple preserves in center of each and fold over. Place on ungreased tray and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.

Bake at 350 degrees until brown. Cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
