FRESH APPLE PIE 
3 lg. apples, peeled and sliced
1/2 c. sugar
Pinch of salt
Sm. amount of real lemon
1/4 c. flour
Cinnamon and nutmeg
1 unbaked double pie crust

Peel, core and slice apples. In a large bowl, toss apples, flour and real lemon. Place apples in pie crust. Sprinkle with sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg. Seal with top crust. Dot with butter and cinnamon and sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes or until apples are tender.
