FRESH APPLE BREAKFAST PIE 
1 egg
3 tbsp. salad oil
3/4 c. milk
1 1/2 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. sugar
2 lg. apples, cut into wedges

TOPPING:

2 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. butter

Beat together egg, oil and milk in medium-sized bowl. Add Bisquick and 1/2 cup sugar. Beat briskly with spoon until well mixed. Turn into 9-inch cake plate. Arrange apple wedges over batter. Sprinkle with topping mix. Dot with butter. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes.
