MOUSSAKA 
1 lb. hamburger, finely crumbled
1 onion
Garlic salt, pepper, parsley (to taste)
6 med. potatoes, washed, peeled, thinly sliced
1 sm. can tomato sauce

TOPPING:

4 eggs, beaten
2 1/2 c. milk
3-4 tbsp. flour

Brown hamburger and onion. Add garlic, salt, pepper and parsley to taste. In 9"x13" pan, lay 1/2 potatoes on bottom, sprinkle with salt and add layer of meat. Continue layering. Mix tomato sauce and 1 can water. Pour over the meat and potato mixture. Bake at 350 degrees, uncovered 1 hour. Add topping. Bake 15 minutes more.
