SEAFOOD CHOWDER 
1 lb. shrimp
1 lb. scallops
1 lb. white fish

Place in pan and cover with boiling water.

1 lb. crabmeat
2 cans drained, chopped clams
Cubed potatoes
Sliced onions
1/2 tsp. salt & pepper
Butter

Cook potatoes and onions in a little water until barely done. Mix all together. If too thin, thicken with flour. Add cheese (optional).
