CRUNCHY GRANOLA 
2 c. oatmeal
1/2 c. coconut
2-4 tbsp. sesame seeds
1/4 c. melted butter or 1/4 c. apple juice
1/2 c. wheat germ
1/2 c. soy flour
1/2 c. powdered milk
1/2 c. sunflower seeds - raw
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. dried apples, raisins or other dried fruits
1/4 - 1/2 c. honey

Mix all ingredients together except dried fruits. Brown in 325 degree oven for 15-20 minutes or until lightly browned. Stir every 10 minutes.

Remove from oven and drizzle honey over top and mix well. Bake 3-4 minutes longer. Remove from oven. Add dried fruit. Stir as granola cools. Store in airtight container.
