CRUNCHY GRANOLA 
4 c. oats
1/2 c. sesame seeds
1/2 c. sunflower seeds
1/2 c. sliced almonds
1/2 c. pecan pieces
1/2 c. wheat germ
1/2 c. shredded coconut
2 tbsp. nonfat dry milk
1 tbsp. cinnamon (optional)
1/2 c. oil
2/3 c. honey
1 tbsp. vanilla
1/2 to 1 c. raisins
1/2 c. chopped dried fruits (dates, figs, apricots, apples or candied pineapple)

In a large bowl mix together the first nine ingredients. Place oil and honey in a saucepan and warm over low heat, just until runny. Stir in vanilla. Pour over dry ingredients. Bake on cookie sheet at 350 degrees, stirring often. Cool. Store in airtight container.
