CRUNCHY GRANOLA 
4 c. quick Quaker oats
1 c. uncooked oat bran
1 c. wheat germ
1/2 c. pecans
1/4 c. honey
1 1/2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. vanilla extract

Heat oven to 325 degrees. Have ready a large roasting pan at 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 inches or larger. Mix dry ingredients. Bake for 30 minutes. Stir every 5 to 7 minutes. Measure honey, oil, and vanilla. Remove from oven. Stir honey mixture until well blended and drizzle over oat mixture. Spread evenly. Bake 10 minutes more. Cool; remove from pan and store in airtight container. 1/2 to 1/4 cup servings.
