CRUNCHY GRANOLA CHUNKS | |
1/2 c. coconut 4 c. rolled oats 1 c. sunflower seeds 1 c. wheat germ 1/2 c. sesame seeds 1 c. chopped nuts 3/4 c. honey 1/2 c. oil 1 tbsp. cinnamon Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Mix together coconut, oats, sunflower seeds, wheat germ, sesame seeds, and nuts in a large bowl. Bring honey, oil, and cinnamon to a boil. Pour honey mixture over dry ingredients and mix well. Spread into a cookie sheet and bake about 30 minutes, stirring often. Allow to cool, then cut into chunks. |
