PESTO SAUCE 
3/4 c. olive oil
2 c. fresh parsley sprigs
1-2 garlic cloves
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. dried basil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. pine nuts

Put all ingredients into blender or food processor container. Cover and process until smooth. Toss with hot, cooked pasta. Serve immediately. Yields 1 1/4 cups.
