PESTO SAUCE 
1 c. fresh basil leaves, tightly packed
2 cloves garlic
1/2 c. olive oil
1/4 c. parsley
1/2 c. pine nuts
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Place all ingredients in blender and blend. Serve 1 tablespoon on top of hot pasta. Pesto may be stored in refrigerator for several weeks.
