TEXAS POTATOES 
2 lbs. frozen hash browns
1/2 c. onions, diced
1 stick butter, melted
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) pkg. sour cream
6 tbsp. butter, melted
2 c. Corn Flakes, crushed

Mix and pour in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix cereal with melted butter and layer over potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
