TEXAS PARTY POTATOES | |
2 (2 lb.) bags OreIda hash brown potatoes, defrosted 3/4 lb. butter, melted 2 (large containers) pt. sour cream 3 c. shredded cheddar cheese 1 c. chopped onion 2 cans cream of chicken soup 2 c. corn flakes, crushed Mix all ingredients together, except butter. Add salt and pepper to flavor. Add 1/2 of melted butter and mix well. Pour mixture into a 13 x 9 inch pan (or 2 glass dishes). Sprinkle crushed corn flakes over top and pour the rest of melted butter on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Can mix up and leave in refrigerator overnight and bake the following day; or cook the night before and reheat in the microwave. Enjoy! |
