TEXAS POTATOES 
1 pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
1 sm. carton sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise
1 stick butter, melted
1 to 1 1/2 c. crushed corn flakes
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Put potatoes in rectangle Pyrex pan. Mix in sour cream and mayonnaise. Spread evenly in pan. Sprinkle in cheese. Mix corn flakes and butter. Spread over potatoes. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees. until tender when pricked with fork.
