TEXAS POTATOES 
2 lb. defrosted hash browns
16 oz. sour cream
1 can diluted cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix together. Put in 9x13x2 inch pan. Add 1 1/2 cup potato chips, crushed, and 1/2 cup butter, melted. Mix together. Put on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
