TURKEY SAUSAGE AND PASTA SALAD 
1 smoked turkey kielbasa
1 (16 oz.) pkg. pasta (rotatella, bow ties, or shells)
1 c. sliced carrots
1/2 c. diced celery
1/2 c. red pepper, cut into strips
1/2 c. black olives
1 c. Cheddar cheese, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
1 bunch red radishes, sliced
1 bunch green onions, sliced
Light Italian dressing

Prick skin of kielbasa before grilling. Grill 10 minutes or until heated through. Cool slightly and slice in 1/4 inch diagonal slices. Cook pasta, drain, cool. Toss all ingredients with Italian dressing and serve. Can be served warm or cold. Makes 10-12 servings.
