CANNED TURKEY (OR CHICKEN) PASTA
SALAD
 
2 cups shell pasta
12 oz can Turkey or Chicken (leftovers work too!)
1/2 cup Mayo or Miracle Whip
1/2 Ranch Dressing
1/2 cup sliced celery
1/2 cup chopped red onion
1/2 dried cranberries or raisins
1/2 cup frozen peas, thawed
1 cup shredded Italian Cheese
1/2 chopped pecans or walnuts

Cook pasta as directed on package, rinse with cold water and drain. Chop up Turkey or Chicken into small pieces. Combine all ingredients adding cheese last. Add more Ranch dressing as desired. It may soak up dressing when refrigerated.

Makes about 4-6 servings.

Absolutely delicious! Nuts, celery, and red onions give you a nice little crunch, cranberries give you a nice hint of sweetness...really good chicken pasta salad! Also, very easy and quick to prepare. :)
