BAKED CORN 
1 (17 oz.) can cream style corn
1 (12 oz.) can whole kernel corn drained
3/4 c. finely crushed cracker crumbs (Ritz may be used)
2 eggs
1 c. milk
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. melted butter

Beat eggs, combine all ingredients. Place in greased casserole. Sprinkle top with paprika. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes, until knife placed in center returns clean. Optional: finely chopped onion or green pepper may be added when mixing ingredients together.
