BAKED CORN 
2 cans creamed style corn
1 c. Hi-Ho crackers
1 sweet pepper, cubed
2/3 c. cubed celery
2 onions, grated
3 eggs
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. canned cream
1/4 c. water

Beat eggs, sugar and flour. Add milk; pour into corn. Add remaining ingredients. Bake about 1 hour (until solid) at 325 degrees.
