BAKED SWEET POTATOES 
2 1/2-3 lbs. sweet potatoes
3 tbsp. butter
1 c. cream
1/3 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 c. corn flakes, crushed
Marshmallows
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. corn syrup
3/4 c. walnuts

Cook sweet potatoes with 1/2 teaspoon salt. Grease a medium casserole with butter. Cut sweet potatoes in small pieces. Melt butter and add brown sugar and syrup; pour over sweet potatoes. Spread corn flake crumbs over top.

Combine the flour with cream, add remaining salt, and pour over casserole being careful not to wash off crumbs. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Top with marshmallows and bake until brown.
