OATMEAL CHOC-CHIP COOKIES 
2 to 2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. liquid shortening
3/4 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. reg. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. walnuts
2 c. oatmeal
1 lg. pkg. chocolate chips (12 oz.)
1 tsp. vanilla

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix with electric mixer sugar, eggs and shortening. Add other ingredients. Use tablespoon to drop mixture on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake 8 to 10 minutes.
