1 1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/4 c. oil
1/4 c. water
1 egg
1 tbsp. liquid sweetener
1 tbsp. vanilla

Mix ingredients; shape in 1 inch balls. Place on ungreased sheet and flatten with a fork; bake for 12-15 minutes at 375 degrees. Store in refrigerator.
