1 c. oil
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. peanut butter
1 c. packed brown sugar
2 1/2 c. flour

Combine all ingredients together in order. Roll the dough into small balls. Place on a cookie sheet and flatten out with a fork. Marking one way and then the other. Bake at 375 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Makes 4-5 dozen.
