PEANUT BUTTER, FRUIT AND NUT
COOKIES
 
1 c. honey
1/4 c. oil
1 c. peanut butter
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. oatmeal, quick
1 c. raisins
1 c. nuts, ground
1 c. whole wheat flour
1 c. white flour
2 level tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla

Mix ingredients well as they are added in this order. Sift flour, baking powder, and salt and add to other ingredients. Mix well. Chill in refrigerator, possible overnight. Grease cookie sheets. Roll into balls the size of a walnut, then press with a fork dipped in a glass of water. Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from pans and cool on cooling racks.
