HASH BROWN CASSEROLE 
32 oz. pkg. frozen browns
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. chopped onion
8 oz. sour cream
2 cans cream of mushroom soup

TOPPING:

1/4 c. melted butter
2 c. crushed corn flakes

Mix hash browns, salt, pepper, chopped onion, sour cream and cream of mushroom soup together until potatoes are well coated. Pour into greased 13"x9" baking dish. Top with crushed corn flakes and pour melted butter over top of casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, covered with foil. Uncover and brown about 10 to 15 minutes more.
