HASH BROWN POTATO CASSEROLE | |
1-2 lb. pkg. frozen shredded potatoes 1/2 c. butter, melted 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese Onion to taste 1 tsp. salt 2 c. crushed corn flakes 1 pt. sour cream 1/2 tsp. pepper 1/2 c. butter Mix spuds, butter, sour cream, cheese and spices. Bake in greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle with corn flakes. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 20 minutes. |
