NANNY'S BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 1/2 lbs. beef stew or top round (cut sm.)
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup
1/2 c. beef broth
Mushrooms and onions, optional
1 can cream soup
1 c. sour cream

Mix all together and bake in 300 degree oven 3 hours. Spoon over noodles or rice to serve.

Note: For quick preparation put meat, onion soup and broth in pressure cooker about 15 minutes. Mix in remaining ingredients and bake until bubbly.
