LADY FINGER CREAM CAKE 
3 pkg. lady fingers
3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (softened)
1 c. sugar
1 pt. heavy cream
1 tsp. vanilla
Fresh strawberries or other fresh fruit

Layer sides and bottom of springform pan with lady fingers. Beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and heavy cream until thick. Pour half of the mixture over lady fingers. Make another layer of lady fingers, then pour the remaining mixture over it. Let it set in refrigerator for about 4 hours.

Remove from pan and top with sliced strawberries or other fresh fruit. Enjoy!
