RUSSIAN FLUFF 
1 1/2 lb. ground chuck or turkey
1 can tomato soup
1 c. cooked rice
1 sm. can LeSeur peas
2 med. onions, chopped
1 can onion soup
1 sm. can mushrooms, drained
1 c. sharp cheese, grated

Brown onion and meat. Add to rice and other ingredients. Put in casserole and top with cheese. Put in oven long enough to heat through.
