RUSSIAN SANDWICH 
1 1/2 lbs. ground chuck
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped & boiled
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1 can chicken & rice soup
1 can tomato soup
1/4 tsp. celery salt
Salt & pepper to taste

Brown meat with onion. Pour off fat. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer about 15 minutes. Serve on fresh rolls. Serves 12.
