SAUSAGE CHEESE BALLS 
Cook pound bulk pork sausage, drain and press firmly with paper towels to remove grease. Melt 1 pound sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded in double boiler. Stir into cheese the cooked sausage and 3 cups Bisquick until blended. Roll dough into small balls about 3/4 inch diameter. Freeze on a cooking sheet then store in tightly sealed plastic bags or containers in the freezer. When ready to serve, bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Serve hot.
