2 c. Bisquick
2 c. sharp cheddar cheese (very well grated) _
1 lb. Bob Evans Sausage (hot)

Mix all ingredients well and roll into balls. Place balls on ungreased cookie sheet and bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Cook until sausage is done. Drain well on paper towels. Serve hot.
