SAUSAGE BALLS 
1 lb. bulk pork sausage
10 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
3 c. Bisquick

Let cheese and sausage warm to room temperature. Mix all ingredients until smooth. Roll into one inch balls. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. Serve hot. Makes about 40 sausage balls.
