1 lb. sausage, hot or mild
3 c. Bisquick
1 (10 oz.) pkg. grated cheddar cheese

In mixing bowl, place sausage and cheese, let set at room temperature until soft. Mix well. Add 3 cups of Bisquick gradually, mixing well. Roll into small balls. Place on cookie sheet and freeze or bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
