POTATO SOUP WITH SAUSAGE BALLS | |
2 tbsp. butter 1 sm. onion, chopped 1 stalk celery, chopped 3-4 potatoes, diced 1/2 lb. loose pork sausage, formed into sm. balls, 1 inch diameter 2 tsp. salt 1 1/2 c. water 1 egg 3 c. milk Saute onion and celery in butter. Add potatoes, sausage balls, salt, and water. Cook until potatoes are tender. Break egg into potato mixture and stir with fork until cooked. Add milk and heat thoroughly. Makes 4 servings. |
