POTATO/SAUSAGE SOUP 
1 lb. sausage (mild or hot)
potatoes - 1 per person, plus 1 or 2
small chopped onion
3 cans chicken broth
2 chicken bouillon cubes
Spices - rosemary, crumbled; garlic powder; black pepper to taste
1 pint half & half milk

Cook & drain sausage add diced potatoes & onion. Cover with chicken broth and add bouillon cubes. Sprinkle spices and stir thoroughly. Cook till vegetables are tender (about 30 minutes). Use potato masher to slightly mash vegetables. Add milk - heat till warm. Can simmer as long as needed or serve when thoroughly heated.
